1. About the Platform

Dervexalum is an AI-powered digital platform that provides data analysis, automated insights, a personal information dashboard and a guided access process. The platform is intended to help users organise and review information using automated digital tools. It does not provide advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

To use the Dervexalum platform you must be at least 18 years of age. By submitting an access request, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Dervexalum reserves the right to decline access requests at its discretion without providing a reason.

3. Access and Account Responsibilities

Access to the platform is granted following an approved access request. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your access credentials secure and not sharing them with third parties.
  • Ensuring that all information you provide during the access request process is accurate and up to date.
  • All activity that takes place under your account or session.

5. No Advice or Guarantees

All outputs from the Dervexalum platform — including structured insights, data summaries and automated signals — are provided for informational and organisational purposes only. Dervexalum does not guarantee any specific outcome, result or performance. The platform's outputs are not advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software and platform features associated with Dervexalum are the intellectual property of Dervexalum Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Dervexalum platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes to the platform at any time without notice.

8. Termination of Access

Dervexalum reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access at any time if these Terms are breached or if we determine that continued access is not appropriate, without liability to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dervexalum Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount you have paid to access the platform, if any.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
